WhatYoull Do :

• Act asthe main contact for guests promptly addressing inquiries andconcerns and providing remote support.
• Maintaincommunication with property owners for performance updatesresponding promptly to inquiries and offering optimizationrecommendations.
• Collaborate with displacedhomeowners for seamless relocations andaccommodations.
• Prepare midterm leases fordirect bookings ensuring compliance with locallaws.
• Maintain property listings on rentalplatforms to maximize bookings and revenue and monitor guestreviews for satisfaction improvement.
• Developprocesses for property cleanliness and maintenance standardsmonitoring property conditions remotely for timelyaction.
• Coordinate with local vendors fortimely services and manage contractsefficiently.
• Provide remote assistance forsmooth guest experiences from booking tocheckout.
• Track property metrics and generateperformance reports for improvement opportunities staying updatedon local regulations for compliance and riskmitigation.
• Work closely with remote and localteams for efficient operations and performance continuouslyevaluating processes for efficiency enhancements and automationopportunities.

Schedule : 8 : 30 AM 5 : 30 PM (but is willing and able to beavailable on call foremergencies)
