Responsibilities :
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, smoothies, shakes, and more.
- Distribute food orders at counter.
- Follow Opening and Closing procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Help clear off tables.
- Educate customers on our menu.
- Ensure the café is stocked with necessary supplies and ingredients.
- Follow health and safety guidelines in food / drink preparation and handling.
- Collaborate with team members to provide a positive customer experience.
- Assist in handling customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
As a Barista , you’ll create the experience for our customers through excellent service and expertly-crafted products. You’ll be in an energetic store environment where you’ll have the ability to master your food & beverage craft, work alongside friends and meet new people every day.
A cup of coffee and smile can go a long way, and we believe our baristas have the power to be the best moment in each customer’s day.
