POSITION OVERVIEW

At Franciscan, our Manager Cyber Resiliency is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the full life cycle of business continuity and disaster recovery activities.

This role will work with all internal and external stakeholders and takes on an expansive set of responsibilities and demands not only IT expertise, but also requires an advanced understanding of risk-related issues and strong knowledge of the requirements for healthcare.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Establish and maintain a Business Continuity program and communicate direction and clear performance expectations to meet organizational adoption and optimization objectives.

Work with leaders across the organization to enhance and optimize business continuity throughout Franciscan.

Establish and maintain I.T. disaster recovery and service continuity management program.

Establish clear performance expectations to meet organization objectives.

Work with I.T. leaders to enhance our recovery capabilities.

Develop and lead the cyber resiliency strategies across the organization to enable and support executive decision making.

Manage the enterprises response, recovery, and restoration activities in the face of a cyber event.

Establish and maintain organizations Business impact analysis (BIA) framework. Overseas BIA activities.

Enhance disaster recovery, business continuity and crisis management governance documents, tools, templates, and forms.

Plan, build, run and manage Franciscans enterprise-wide Cyber Resiliency program governance framework, i.e. charters, RACI, budget, standards, governance agendas, metrics and reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree in Information Security, Information's Systems, MBA, or other related - Required - OR -

10+ years of experience In Lieu of Bachelor's degree - Required

5 years' Experience in business continuity management, disaster recovery management and program management. - Required

3 years Healthcare I.T. experience in business continuity, disaster recovery and / or program management. - Preferred

Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) - Preferred

Certified IS Security Professional (CISSP), CISM, or other industry recognized certification - Preferred

TRAVEL IS REQUIRED : Up to 20%
