JobDescription :

We are seeking afriendly and customerfocused individual to join our team as aCustomer Service Representative. In this role you will be the firstpoint of contact for our valued customers providing exceptionalservice and resolving inquiries or issues they may have.

As a keymember of our customer service team you will play a crucial role inensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation forexcellence.

Responsibilities :

Engage with customers in aprofessional and courteous manner either by phone email or chat toprovide prompt and efficientassistance.

Actively listento customers inquiries and concerns and provide accurate and timelyinformation solutions orrecommendations.

Identifyand escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriatedepartments or supervisors for furtherassistance.

Maintainthorough knowledge of our products services and policies toeffectively address customer questions and provide relevantguidance.

Utilize customerrelationship management (CRM) tools to record and track customerinteractions ensuring accurate and uptodate information ismaintained.

Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to resolve customer issues and improveoverall customerexperience.

Strive to meetor exceed established performance metrics including response timeresolution rate and customer satisfactionscores.

Continuously seekopportunities for process improvement and provide feedback toenhance customer serviceoperations.

Requirements :

Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills with a strong command of the Englishlanguage.

Previousexperience in a customer service role or related field is preferredbut not required.

Empatheticand patient approach to understanding and addressing customer needsand concerns.

Ability tomultitask and navigate through multiple systems or tools whileengaging withcustomers.

Strongproblemsolving skills and the ability to think quickly on yourfeet.

Proficient in usingbasic computer applications and CRMsoftware.

Flexibleavailability to work in shifts including evenings weekends andholidays.
