We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to join our growing workforce.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and logistics.
- Ensure accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Coordinate with manufacturing department production schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain safety and security standards in the warehouse.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage solutions.
- Monitor and manage warehouse equipment and vehicles.
- Implement and enforce warehouse policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections.
- Prepare and maintain reports on warehouse performance.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Train and develop warehouse staff.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall efficiency.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse coordination, inventory management, and shipping / receiving within the manufacturing industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or logistics preferred).
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with safety and compliance regulations, including OSHA standards.
