A global company is adding to its payroll team and needs a leader to help support high-volume payroll teams. They seek candidates with high-volume payroll experience eager to take the next step.
Responsibilities include managing payroll requirements, ensuring accurate controls / processes, and collaborating with 3rd parties.
This role focuses on project and process management with some payroll processing involved.
Responsibilities
- The main focus is to ensure payroll is accurately processed and systems are in place to collect and process data to pay employees in the Employee Central Payroll system.
- My primary role is supporting plants and employees with payroll-related issues and working with the payroll processors to resolve them.
- When required, support the payroll processing team with problem-solving. Provide training and assistance to the processing team for new process changes.
