Job Description
Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an excellent opportunity for a PRN Registered Nurse in Occupational Health Clinics in Washington, D.C.
Position Highlights :
- Emphasis on work-life balance low stress environment focusing on federal employee health
- Clinic Schedule : Monday-Friday
- No evening, weekend, holiday, or on-call responsibilities
- 4 shifts / month required
Responsibilities :
- Provide walk-in services for injuries and illnesses
- Perform emergency services (CPR) to all employees in federal building
- Provide preventative care services such as immunizations and blood pressure screenings
Requirements :
- 2 years of experience providing direct patient care in an acute care setting required
- Must be able to perform a blood draw and administer intramuscular and subcutaneous injections
- Graduate from a National League of Nursing accredited school (Diploma, AD, or BSN)
- BLS certification
- Active RN license in any of the 50 states
- Travel to clinics throughout Washington D.C. required
