We are searching for Machine Builders in the Lansing, MI area.
1st shift available.
Up to $27 per hour based on experience.
In this role you will be responsible for building sub-assemblies and / or final machine assemblies with the use of routers drawings, and bills of materials with supervision or assistance from others as needed.

Duties of a Mechanical Machine Builder :
- Documents changes as needed on drawings, routings, and B.O.M.'s
- Complete basic layouts, drilling, tapping, pinning, etc.
- Assists in machine documentation for machine files.
- Assists in building prototype equipment.
Requirements Mechanical Machine Builder :
- 2 - 5 years experience
- Understanding basic drawings, routings, and B.O.M.'s
- Proficient knowledge and use of all types of pneumatic, hydraulic, and water fittings, fasteners, hoses, etc.
- Basic working knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatic, as well as ability to read and interpret drawings and schematics.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics / blueprints, ability to perform math calculations.
