AHN1324-Sonographer - Macon, GA - 13 Weeks Contract
Sigma Healthcare staffing is currently looking for Sonographer to work onsite at contracted facilities in Macon.
Shift : Night
Summary :
Produce ultrasonic recordings of internal organs for use by physicians. Includes vascular technologists.
Essential Functions :
Performs general ultrasound.
Assists radiologist with ultrasound procedures.
Provides verbal reports to radiologist and other providers.
Other duties as assigned.
Education :
Graduation from an accredited Ultrasound Program or equivalent required.
Experience :
Three (3) years hospital experience required.
Credentials :
Must be RDMS registered.
Must be registered or registry eligible by the Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (SDMS) or the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and registry eligible in Sonogrphy.
Must be BLS certified.
Need to be registered with ARDMS.
