Education :
Degree in Construction Management or Engineering desired
Preferred Experience :
- Ten (10) years experience in Construction management
- Four (4) years experience in Automotive desired
- Two (2) years experience with General Motors' projects desired
GM Training Requirements :
- Site Safety Orientation
- Site specific training (as required)
- GM Construction Terms & Conditions
- Project Management Process (PMP)
- Bid & Award Process (B&AP)
- Change Control Process (CCP)
- Safety Contract Management Process (SCM)
Job Responsibilities :
- Assist GM Project Manager to manage the project in accordance with GM Project Management Process (PMP)
- Coordinate all CPS personnel on site
- Interface with stakeholders at the site (contractors, ME, Production, etc.)
- Answer Technical questions
- Monitor As-built drawing documentation
Computer Skills :
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Power BI
- Microsoft Project (Preferred)
- Peer-to-Peer (P2P) (Preferred)
- AutoCAD and Autodesk Construction Cloud (Preferred)
- Navisworks (Preferred)
Other :
Willing to work night or split shift
