In this role, you will serve as the project management lead within your assigned department, collaborating closely with the Engagement Strategy lead and department leadership to optimize processes and resource allocation for enhanced operational efficiency.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality work that exceeds client expectations, meets business needs, and balances client and agency value. Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage project timelines, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of projects within budget.
- Partner with the Engagement Strategy lead and department leadership to develop and implement processes and resource allocation strategies that improve department operations.
- Serve as the primary client contact for project management, providing regular updates and fostering strong relationships.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks and challenges.
- Manage and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven experience in the healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of marketing concepts within this sector.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Passion for process improvement and a demonstrated ability to implement effective solutions.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in consumer marketing, ideally within a regulated industry.
- Knowledge of cutting-edge technological advancements and research within the healthcare space.
