Requirements :
- MUST have Quote to Cash (QC) experience
- years of program management experience with a proven track record of delivering business value
- years experience managing cross functional projects for large organizations
- years experience successfully managing large programs with multiple sub-projects and project managers
- Understanding and ability to work in a matrix management environment
- Understanding the Software Development Lifecycle and Agile Software development practices
- Complete ownership and ability to solve problems
- Ability to be productive in a fast-paced environment with a minimal direction (self-starter will be a plus)
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, proven ability to track and execute marketing projects, detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple projects and tasks
- Motivates and drives others to succeed
- Bachelor's Degree
Compensation :
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
