Minimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required.
Do you have a passion for making a difference in the lives of students with special needs? We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our school and support our students with behavioral and developmental needs.
Key Responsibilities :
Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by the BCBA.
Collect and record data on student progress.
Assist in the development of individualized goals for students.
Provide direct one-on-one or small group instruction.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to ensure comprehensive care.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelors degree in Psychology, Education, or related field (preferred).
Current RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Previous experience working with children, especially those with behavioral challenges.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
