Our law firm client is seeking an experienced mid-level or senior associate (a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience) to join its Commercial, IP and Technology Group to assist with liquor and cannabis matters, including application review, commercial agreements, trade practice research, and more.
The associate will work with the Firm’s business clients on sophisticated transactions and regularly collaborate with talented attorneys across the Firm’s five offices.

Job Requirements
The successful candidate will have :
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school and license to practice law
- 3 to 5 years of commercial transactions and regulatory experience
- Experience with liquor and cannabis matters
- Strong academic credentials and excellent analytical and writing skills
- A client-service approach and exceptional communication skills
- Enthusiasm to work with and build a diverse team
- The ability to manage significant individual responsibilities
The preferred job location is Seattle, WA; however, candidates in New York, NY, Spokane, WA, Portland, OR, or Washington, D.C. may be considered.
Salary Range
The annualized salary range for this position is $170,000 to $190,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on the candidate’s experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
