Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end talent management processes, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
- Understand and manage HR processes across 10-12 entities
- Coordinate with various teams including IT, recruiting, and business applications to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Develop and deliver orientation programs for new hires
- Conduct exit interviews and manage the offboarding process
- Oversee and follow up on performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with domestic and international employment laws and regulations
- Shape and nurture the company culture through various HR initiatives
- Communicate effectively with employees at all levels, identifying and addressing HR issues
- Address employee relations issues and provide support to employees and managers
- Work closely with the VP, Global People Team to implement and shape HR structures and policies
- Track and communicate payroll-related information to relevant stakeholders
- Ensure all compliance forms are completed and filed in accordance with local regulations
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in a similar HR role, preferably with international exposure
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and discretion in handling sensitive information
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Capacity to work across multiple departments and entities
- Experience with HRIS systems, preferably UKG
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A passion for talking to people and fostering a positive work environment
- Knowledge of international employment laws and regulations
- Previous experience managing special projects or initiatives
In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation for this role is $80,000 - $100,000.
Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
