The ideal candidate should have significant experience with high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses in tax compliance, gift tax return preparation, business transactions, and strategy implementation.
They should have a Texas CPA license, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, and at least nine years of public accounting experience, including a minimum of three years as a Tax Manager.
Additionally, the ideal candidate should be proactive, passionate about delivering excellent service, and able to provide sound tax advice.
