In this role, you will lead the innovation module of the brand campaign team, supporting our ongoing e-commerce campaign for single top brands.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2025. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience.

This Internship Program runs for 12 weeks beginning in May / June 2025. Successful candidates must be able to commit to one of the following summer internship start dates below : Monday, May 12Monday, May 19Tuesday May 27 (Memorial Day May 26)Monday, June 9Monday, June 23We will prioritize candidates who are able to commit to these start dates.

Responsibilities : - Assist in following up on the execution of various campaigns of TikTok Shop, such as Category Campaign and Brand Campaign- Participate in online resource allocation, merchant communication, and marketing planning- Coordinate internal and external resources to promote the implementation of activities- Participate in the formulation of Campaign business planning, continuously gain insight into the performance of operations through data analysis and research, and provide support for business decisions- Participate in the design of campaign marketing gameplay, assist in project management, and promote internal and external cooperation and overall implementation- Support cross-team communication of key modules of special campaigns, involving multi-team collaboration such as industry operations / experts / UG / product teams, assist in project management, and promote implementation.

Minimum Qualifications : - Good communication and problem-solving skills- Sensitive to data, strong data awareness, proficient in Excel formulas, plus points for using design software- Strong internal and external communication and project management skills, strong self-motivation, and a sense of responsibility Preferred skills : - Business / Marketing background is preferred- Experience in e-commerce company-related activities and marketing is preferred- Master data analysis software skills
