OverviewGovCIO is currently hiring for a fully remote Human Resources Generalist II.Proposal for USPS-TESSResponsibilitiesAdministers various human resources plans and programs, such as employee relations, compensation, benefits, training and development, and the performance management process.

May handle employee relations investigations and counseling.May assist in the design and implementation of the company's total compensation programsDrafts policies and procedures in accordance with government regulations, company culture, and best practices.

May analyze current benefits, evaluates usage, services, coverage, effectiveness, cost, plan experience, and competitive trends in benefits programs and identifies the company's stance.

May assist in preparing the Affirmative Action Plan, EEO-1, Vets-100 and other compliance reporting.QualificationsBachelor's with 2+ years of experience in the field (or commensurate experience).
