Responsibilities :
- Help answer client questions
- Educate potential new clients for ins with our agency
- Call and work on leads coming into agency
- Greet and assist onsite clients
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Assist Clients with their insurance needs
- Educate Clients about insurance options
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications :
