Front Desk Representative

JobSummary :
The Front DeskRepresentative will be the first point of contact for our company.This role is critical in providing excellent customer service toour visitors clients and employees.
The ideal candidate willpossess strong communication skills a friendly demeanor and theability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at theoffice.
- Answer screen and forward incomingphone calls.
- Maintain the reception area andall common areas in a clean and tidy manner at alltimes.
- Maintain office security by followingsafety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk(monitor logbook issue visitor badges).
- Orderfront office supplies and keep an inventory of stock.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filingphotocopying transcribing and faxing.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issuesarise.
- Excellent organizationalskills.
- Multitasking and timemanagement skillswith the ability to prioritize tasks.
