About Florence Hospital
Florence Hospital, a campus of Mountain Vista Medical Center, is a 36-bed hospital offering emergency care, as well as surgical, imaging and laboratory services to residents of Pinal County.
Our patients have access to a full range of excellent health care across our two campuses.
Position Summary : The Charge RN has the responsibility to make patient care assignments based upon the skill, experience, and temperament of other nursing personnel and on the acuity of the patients.
To responsibly direct assigned staff and initiate corrective action if assigned employees fail to carry out delegated duties.
Responsible for the day-to-day delivery of patient care and related operational matters on an assigned nursing unit. Coordinates patient care with other health care professionals and hospital employees as necessary and appropriate.
Provides direct and indirect nursing patient care as assigned. Provides clinical supervision to RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and non-licensed unit personnel as assigned
Requirements :
- Licensed RN in the State of Arizona
- Associates degree in nursing
- ACLS / BLS
- PALS
- 1-3 Years experience
Preferred :
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of experience
