Job Type : Full-time. Monday - Friday with flexible start times to help you balance your life outside of work with your career

Salary : $75,000 - $105,000 a year (based on experience, education, and credentials)

Experience Level : Mid to Senior Level

Responsibilities / What You'll Do

• Prepare & Review Returns : Handle individual, corporate, and small-business tax returns with accuracy and confidence.
• Advise Clients : Identify tax-saving opportunities, recommend proactive strategies, and communicate with clients clearly and consistently.
• Lead & Mentor : Support and guide junior tax accountants, conduct peer reviews, and share feedback to strengthen team performance.
• Peak Season Performance : Complete 10–25 prepared returns and 8-10 returns reviewed per week during peak season (depending on position level) while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Team : Work closely with fellow senior accountants to ensure consistent, high-quality results and efficient processes.
• Stay Current : Keep up to date with tax law changes and compliance requirements to deliver the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Grow with Us : Participate in ongoing training and contribute ideas that improve our tax systems and client experience.
