We are looking for an All-Star to join our team as the Operations Manager for our fast-growing estate planning, probate, and trust administration law firm in Murrieta.
This position will entail overseeing our Accounting and IT departments, as well as the administrative operations of the firm.
You will serve as the firm's go-to to make sure the firm runs efficiently, profitably, and with the right tools and equipment to get the job done.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the Accounting Department to ensure this system is effectively managed and is performing effectively.
- Oversee the Information Technology Department including vetting, onboarding, and managing our IT systems and vendors to ensure successful integration into the firm's operations.
- Oversee our Office Services Team including task management and performance management.
- Ensure our Facilities meet the Firm standards

Requirements :
- Experience in law firm finance, information technology, and systems management.
- Previous experience working as a controller or bookkeeper preferred
- Significant supervisory and task / project management experience
- Experience vetting, onboarding, and managing vendors
- B.S. degree with major in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent work experience. MBA a plus.
- It is essential for the Operations Manager to be in the know about technology and profitability trends to ensure the Firm is maximizing technology and resource developments to increase capacity and efficiency
