Priority Bid Pricing Strategist
Key Role :
Continually contribute to an overall proposed solution design, designing and aligning cost strategies to technical solutions aligned with the firm’s financial performance metrics, identifying the highest winning price on Booz Allen pursuits and mitigating risk.
Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions.
Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision and mentor or supervises employees in both firm and technical competencies.
Basic Qualifications :
3+ years of experience with price strategy and cost solutioning
3+ years of experience with price strategy, capture, and business development
Experience with using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to obtain a security clearance
HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications :
3+ years of experience with pricing and cost solutioning for government clients
3+ years of experience developing and delivering price strategy for federal government clients
3+ years of experience with research, data gathering or analysis, quantitative modeling, strategy development, and briefing
3+ years of experience with sales
Experience developing or delivering price strategy presentations or analyses to executives and key decision-makers
Ability to create complex Microsoft Excel models
Ability to identify impacts and risks on delivery associated with pricing strategies implemented in the proposal, and research and communicate competitor price strategy, cost implications associated with alternative solutions, risk mitigation, and competitive landscape with senior leadership
Possession of excellent analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills
Bachelor's degree
Shipley Associates Certification or APMP Certifications

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $125,600.00 to $285,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
