An Architectural Drafter to assist the Project Manager in producing quality construction documents in an efficient and profitable manner.
Taking schematic design and inputting it into AutoCAD.
Required :
- Associates degree in Drafting / Design.
- 1-5 years’ experience in single family residential architectural design .
- Proficiency using AutoCAD.
- Experience using Revit.
Job Responsibilities :
- Uses AutoCAD to produce construction documents using designs of others.
- Follows applicable guidelines for project standards.
- Convert limited verbal and written directions from Job Captain or Project Manager into a finished product or document.
- Proofreads own work and may proofread work of others.
- Generates architectural plans and artwork.
- Communicates with builder regarding construction questions
This is a direct hire position w / a hybrid work schedule
Pay Range-$20 / hr-$30 / hr
