JOB TITLE : Aircraft Structural Assembler
LOCATION : Greensboro, NC
PAY RATE : $24.00 - $32.86 per hour

Summary :
Assemble, fit, and install parts and structures, including drilling and riveting, with minimal supervision. Ensure all work meets or exceeds requirements.
Complete routine and specialized tasks accurately and within predefined timeframes.
Handle complex repairs and recommend solutions for related issues.
Work with other team members to resolve "stop work" issues, participate in NH Circle projects, and develop best practices.
Participate in mentoring and train others on tasks.
Keep supervisors informed of task status, issues, or delays.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and support the 5S program.
Guide others in maintaining the workspace.
Meet HACI certification requirements for internal aircraft processes and recurrent training.
Required Skills :
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Relevant experience or demonstrated skills to perform the tasks.
A&P and / or related licensure preferred.
Use arithmetic, instruments, and blueprints. Read work orders, blueprints, and process specifications.
Maintain constant alertness and adhere to safety practices.
Advanced understanding of aircraft systems or components.
Experience working directly with customers.
Strong teamwork and ethics, with minimal supervision required.
Ability to work overtime, call-ins, and on-call duty if needed.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); intermediate SAP and beginner TCM knowledge preferred.
Willing to travel nationally and internationally with no restrictions.
Physical Requirements :
May be exposed to equipment noise, temperature extremes, dust, and aircraft odors.
Stand, sit, squat, walk, bend, move, reach, or stretch for prolonged periods as required.
Adhere to all regulatory requirements (FAA, OSHA, DOT, EPA, etc.).
Ability to read, hear, speak, and see as required by job duties.
Comprehend and follow management directions and safety instructions.
