Registered Nurse - Medical / Surgical Orthopedic Spine

Registered Nurse candidates for the Medical / Surgical Orthopedic Spine Unit will have the following job responsibilities :
- As a registered nurse you will deliver patient-centered nursing care and participate in patient and family education.
- Along with a multidisciplinary team of nurses, providers, and patient care support staff, you will create and implement a care plan to meet each patient's needs.
- Utilizing computerized documentation systems, you will monitor, record and communicate patient conditions as appropriate.
- As a part of the clinical team, you will coordinate patient discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
- When dealing with patients, visitors, co-workers and other customers, you will maintain cultural and diversity awareness, and much more.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS-

Registered Nurse candidates for the Medical / Surgical Orthopedic Spine Unit must meet the following minimum job qualifications :
- 1 year of Recent RN experience. (Does not need to have acute care experience. IT IS STRONGLY PREFERRED HOWEVER, THEY WOULD BE OPEN FOR LTAC EXPERIENCE) (RECENT RN EXPERIENCE IS STRONGLY PREFERRED)
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required
- Current BLS required
- Current ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire
- BSN is preferred
Salary Range : $27.72- $33 an HR (5 years)-$36.30 (10 years)- $39.60 (15+)
Sign ON : Up to $20k sign on (However, it is in a case-by-case basis; not guaranteed) Relo : Case By Case
Shift Differentials : $3 Nights and $2 weekends
