Sr. Copywriter

Our Miami based client is seeking a Senior Copywriter with 360 campaign writing experience to join their growing team of creatives.

The Copywriter will join a collaborative group of marketers and creatives and will be responsible for writing copy from conception to completion across a variety of projects including integrated campaigns, digital, social, OOH, email, print, and broadcast.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity operates 4 days onsite / 1 day remote out of their Miami, FL office.

Responsibilities :

• Write, edit, and proofread copy for campaigns, digital, email, banner ads, social media, direct mail, print collateral, displays, special projects, and other forms of media.
• Partner with key stakeholders in client areas to devise and drive business strategies through creative work.
• Drive brand consistency through ongoing implementation of brand guidelines for copy.
• Ensure timely completion of projects while collaboratively with the design team.
• Develop copy to bring to life the brand voice while following guidelines through the development and implementation.
• Collaborate with both internal creatives and external agencies to support projects.

Qualifications :

• 4+ years of copywriting experience with integrated campaign, social media and digital writing experience.
• 4+ years of experience writing short-form / long-form copy for headlines, tag lines, social media content and captions, OOO, email campaigns, web content, broadcast, etc.
• Excellent editing, and proofreading skills.
• Portfolio showcasing strong campaign work and short / long form copy applied across a range of deliverables.
• Ability to work onsite 4 days per week in Miami.
• Ad agency experience highly preferred.
• A strong understanding of different content channels and an ability to adapt writing to fit the audience and the medium is plus.
• Experience working with ad agencies on integrated campaigns / experience writing for the hospitality, travel, luxury, or tourism industries is preferred but not required.
