The purpose of the Division Project Engineering Manager's role is to work closely with business leadership, operations, engineering, finance, marketing and product development, sales, and research development to ensure all capital engineering efforts and projects meet business and financial objectives through effective planning, engineering, coordination, and service.
The Division Project Engineering Manager will be responsible for providing all facets of engineering leadership and oversight to the business unit, manufacturing plants, engineering group, and technical resources.
Requirements : (education, skills, and abilities)
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or chemical) with 10 years of experience.
- Demonstrated success managing capital projects of $5M+ with varying complexity and size through the entire project lifecycle.
- Managed a staff of salary project engineers, set direction, and deployed resources. Responsible for performance evaluations, pay reviews, hiring, and terminating.
- Proven project management and leadership skills.
- Travel required (up to 50%) with limited international travel.
