We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team and lead the development and execution of our organic social media strategy, for our North American Dental brand and our local, practice brands.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of social media marketing principles, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to create high-quality visual content.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

  • Strategy & Planning :
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing objectives for NADG, the local brands / practices and our employer branding efforts.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and stay up to date on the latest social media trends and best practices.
  • Conduct audience research to understand target demographics and interests on various social media platforms.
  • Create and maintain a content calendar with a mix of engaging and informative posts.
  • Content Creation & Management :
  • Create and curate engaging social media content, including text posts, images, infographics, and videos (leveraging graphic design skills) that can be leveraged across all practices to help augment the practice-level posts.
  • Create and curate content to help drive our employer branding and recruiting efforts. Help position NADG within the national DSO space and drive local awareness and affinity for our individual practices.
  • Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure consistency of brand messaging across all channels.
  • Design eye-catching visuals (graphics, images, videos) that align with brand identity and campaign goals.
  • Schedule and publish content across all social media platforms (., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn,

  • Respond to comments and messages promptly and professionally, fostering positive brand interactions for the NADG brand.
  • Monitor brand mentions and sentiment online, addressing any concerns.
  • Analytics & Reporting :
  • Generate reports to measure the success of social media campaigns (engagement, reach, impressions, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed on the latest social media analytics tools and platforms.

Qualifications

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media campaigns
  • Strong understanding of organic social media analytics, algorithms and reporting tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creativity and a knack for storytelling that translates well to social media content.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Proficiency in social media video editing tools (., Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for social media and staying up to date on the latest trends
  • Experience with social media advertising platforms ., FB, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn,
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (., Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
