If so, Desoutter Industrial Tools is looking for a Digital Solutions Specialist who thrives on delivering value through Industry 4.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Transformational growth for our Motion Capture Product Line, Nexonar throughout North America (USA, Mexico, and Canada).
• Drive transformation within the customer base, focusing our Industry 4.0 smart connected Eco system products, projects & services to deliver value added impact to our end users.
• Develop and assist in driving business opportunities with company service portfolio, data driven and process control solutions.
• Build sales, service, marketing, and projects competency development as a recurring revenue model for the team.
• Collaborate with Service to ensure alignment with customer implementation and long term support needs and to cultivate recurring revenue models.
• Other duties as needed.

To succeed, you will need

Qualifications

• High level technical proficiency / understanding of various software solutions used in a manufacturing environment, such as PLCs, MESs, and process control solutions.
• Must have strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Must be flexible and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interact with all levels in the organization with a professional and positive manner.
• Capable of performing professional presentations and demonstrations.
• Effective capability with Microsoft Office programs with upper Excel and Power BI knowledge.
• Proficient with SAP and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce.com)

Experience

• 2 years' experience in business development and leading sales and marketing teams
• Business development planning and execution
• Leading and creating high performing teams without direct supervision of team members

Education

University degree or equivalent work experience in business development & leading sales and marketing teams

Travel

Up to or at times exceeding 50% overnight travel throughout North America, including Canada, Mexico, and occasionally other international travel
