Drafter / CAD Operator :
Bowhead seeks a Drafter / CAD Operator to join our team in supporting Fort Hunter Liggett / Camp Park on a future proposal effort.
Responsibilities
Job duties to include but are not limited to :
Provide configuration management functional support to continue standardized planning, design, implementation, installation, O&M, and documentation of Communications and Information Technology (C&IT) systems.
Create and update drawings of all information systems circuits, lines, and systems into the Government’s Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) program.
Maintain a web-based information database composed of complex maps, cable / fiber configurations, digital and hard copy sketches, diagrams, drawings, photographs, databases, and tables configured in a database management system.
- Utilyze AutoDesk AUTOCAD computer-aided drafting (CAD) software and Bluebeam REVU to provide drafting services.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Autodesk Certification Preferred
- 2 years of CAD drafting preferred
- Candidates with additional experience are encouraged to apply
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a consulting environment on a Team setting
Physical Demands :
- Must be able to lift up to 10-20 pounds
- Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
- Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS : Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
