VERSANT, Comcast Corporation's (NASDAQ : CMCSA) planned spin-off, will be a leading independent publicly traded media company comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary conditions.

Position Summary :

The Analyst, Service Delivery and Leave is responsible for managing and supporting the administration of employee leave programs and resolving complex benefit-related issues. This role ensures compliance with federal and state regulations, drives operational efficiency, and provides a high level of employee support and advocacy.

Key Responsibilities :

Leave of Absence Administration

• Oversee the administration of leave programs including FMLA, ADA, short-term disability (STD), long-term disability (LTD), parental leave, and other company-sponsored leaves.
• Partner with third-party leave administrators and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate leave processing.
• Monitor leave trends and provide insights to leadership for program improvements.
