Compensation :
$70,000 - $80,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Manage the day-to-day aspects of team workflow from intake through resolution
- Oversee implementation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide team members with the tools and accountability to reach them
- Manage firmwide data and provide reporting to executives on a weekly and monthly bases
- Provide implementation of policies, procedures, playbooks, and human resources support
Qualifications :
- Must be emotionally intelligent and understand how to motivate a team using outcome-based expectations and accountability
- Must be technically savvy and able to easily move around in different platforms, such as Smart Advocate
- Must be strong in adding, reviewing, and reporting on discrete data sets
- Loves seeing other people succeed : from the team members to the clients
- Project Management experience is a strong plus
- Human Resources experience a strong plus
