Position : Senior Data Analyst Marketing

Location : Phoenix, AZ (On-site preferred, remote options considered)

POSITION OVERVIEW :

Our client is at the forefront of redefining "Self-Education" through a leading digital platform. As a Senior Data Analyst Marketing , you will be a critical member of the marketing team, responsible for measuring campaign performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights that directly influence strategy.

Working closely with renowned business leaders, this role offers a unique opportunity to drive marketing success by ensuring a data-driven approach to decision-making.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Campaign Performance : Monitor and evaluate marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize performance.
• Reporting & Marketing Trackers : Develop and maintain dashboards tracking KPIs such as ROAS, conversion rates, CAC, and CLV.

Provide comprehensive visibility on marketing success.

• A / B Testing : Design, execute, and analyze A / B tests to refine marketing strategies.
• Data Integrity : Collaborate with engineering and web development teams to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data through event tracking systems.

REQUIREMENTS :

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, focusing on marketing analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL (BigQuery experience is a plus).
• Advanced skills in spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets).
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau .
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools like Hyros , Triple Whale , Google Tag Manager , and Google Analytics .
• Deep understanding of sales funnels, direct response marketing, and paid advertising on platforms like Meta, YouTube, and Google Search.
• Experience with attribution models (first-touch, last-touch, multi-touch).
• Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience leading A / B and multivariate testing.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS :

• Salary : $90,000 - $120,000 annually, based on experience.
