INTERNAL JOB TITLE : Field Service Tech (AFTS)

COMPENSATION RANGE : $50000 - $65000 salaried non-exempt (OT eligible)

LOCATION : Company provided travel to customer sites across the US.

This role may require up to 75% travel a month.

ABOUT THE ROLE :

• Travel to customer sites, often for a week at a time, to install, service and troubleshoot machinery.
• Installing, servicing and troubleshooting machines, quickly and effectively, using technical drawings, internal resources and knowledge.
• Continuous learning, including customer operational processes and technical specifications.
• Basic clerical and administrative duties, reading and responding to emails, preparing and submitting expense reports, making travel arrangements, etc.
• Communicate information and ideas internally and with customers in a style that is easy to understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
• Adhere to all safety requirements, and safety protocols.
