An exciting opportunity awaits for a CNC Machinist II to join a leading company in the manufacturing industry. This position involves overseeing the setup and programming of machines, including CNC equipment, to ensure the precise and efficient manufacturing of metal and plastic products.
The role also includes mentoring junior machinists and providing training on machine setup and operation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee machine set-up and programming for production.
- Mentor and train production staff on CNC equipment and processes.
- Operate and maintain various fabrication machines.
- Ensure products meet design specifications and quality standards.
Requirements :
- High School diploma (Technical Degree in Tool and Die Making preferred).
- At least one year of relevant experience (preferred).
- Advanced knowledge of machining processes and CNC programming.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
