Location : Horsham, PA

Schedule / Hours :

• Monday-Thursday : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 30 PM
• Friday : 7 : 30 AM - 11 : 30 AM (Half Day)
• 40 hours / week with potential overtime.

Compensation :

• Starting at $17.00 an hour
• Competitive hourly rate based on experience
• Eligible for performance bonuses twice per year

Job Description :

As an Assembler, you will work in a supportive, team-based environment where you are more than just a number. Your primary duties will include :

• Benchtop assembly of exit signs, lighting fixtures, and sub-components.
• Using basic hand tools and light power tools (battery screwdriver, small drill press).
• Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Follow assembly processes and work instructions.
• Ensure quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with team members for efficient production.

Preferred Skills / Requirements :

• Assembly experience preferred, but we will train motivated individuals.
• Basic electrical experience is a plus.
• Experience with pick / pack processes is beneficial.
