Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Possess strong writing, editing and design skills.
- Strong skill set in graphic design and creating execution of creative social media content
- Computer skills using Mac and PC platforms, in addition to Stat Crew and / or NCAA Live Stats experience with football, volleyball, basketball, soccer and / or baseball / softball.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Software.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point and other computer skills.
- Self-starter with an outstanding work ethic.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and information.

- Employee shall adhere to all applicable rules and regulations of East Tennessee State University, the Southern Conference, and the NCAA.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher, and a minimum of one (1) year of full-time experience working in Athletic Communications / Sports Information OR one year experience in graphics, design, and / or creative media, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Two (2) years of experience working as in a Graduate Assistant and / or internship position in Athletics Communications / Sports information or related field can be used in lieu of one-year experience. Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, marketing, advertising or related field.
- Experience in graphic / creative design with a background in sports design and creative content.
- Previous experience working in a college sports information office.
