SEND Support Staff

We are seeking compassionate and skilled individuals to join our dedicated team at a secondary school in the Richmond area.

Position : SEND Support Staff (Secondary School) Location : Richmond Hours :

• Monday to Thursday : 8 : 30 AM - 4 : 00 PM
• Friday : 8 : 30 AM - 3 : 30 PM Key Responsibilities :
• Provide specialised support for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and other challenging needs
• Implement individualised strategies to promote positive behaviour and learning outcomes
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and monitor individual education plans
• Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment Requirements :
• Experience working with secondary school students with SEND, particularly those with ASD and ADHD
• Strong understanding of strategies to manage challenging behaviours
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for making a difference in students’ lives Benefits :
