Job Description :
To have sound knowledge and proficiency in the treatment of respiratory disorders for inpatients and outpatients with various types of media, i.
e., oxygen and other therapeutic gases and respiratory equipment. Establishes a good rapport with fellow associates while maintaining a professional relationship.
Treats all patients and their families with compassion and respect. Reports to the Respiratory Care Supervisor and Cardiopulmonary Director.
Position : RRT NICU - Permanent
Pay range; $27 / hr - $37 (depends on experience)
Shift : Day & Night
Shift differential available
Information about the Unit :
Specialties : Level 2 NICU, Pediatric ICU, Pediatric Oncology, Pediatric ER.
Upcoming : Increase ER beds by 12, NICU and PICU transport teams, Level 3 NICU. Just west of hospital, 5K+ homes to be built in near future
Active Florida RRT License required.
3 Years of PICU / NICU experience.
BLS required. ACLS, PALS and / or NRP must be obtained within 3 months of hire.
Additional Information :
Shift times : Day & Night , 12 hour shifts, 7-7
Must have experience Requiring RRT, but may be open to CRT for the right experienced candidate.
