What you'll do
The primary responsibility of the Assistant Program Director (APD) is to oversee the day-to-day operational management and supervision of a Diversion and EMS program within Pioneer Human Services.
This includes the development and implementation of program operations, policy and procedure and the planning, coordination, and implementation of support services for the assigned program.
The APD is responsible for deployment of support staff personnel in accordance with the program budget; supervising and providing leadership as needed to assure the integrity of the program, safety of clients and in support of employees.
What you'll bring
REQUIRED
- EMT license in good standing for a minimum of two years
- Must have or ability to obtain within next EMT license re-certification, an EMT Evaluator License.
- 1-year progressive experience in supervisory role.
- At least 2 years’ experience working in a diversion or social services field
PREFERRED / DESIRABLE
- Associate degree in social services or a closely related field from an accredited school.
- 2-years’ progressive experience in supervisory role.
- Experience working in 24-hour residential treatment program.
