Duties and Responsibilities for Receptionist :
- Handle / transfer all incoming calls as needed
- Help walk-in traffic
- Data entry
- Route requests / questions / orders to correct staff
- Scheduling
- Processing payments
- Data entry
- Filing
Skills and Qualifications :
- Prior clerical experience
- Basic Knowledge of Quickbooks
Required Skills :
- Receptionist duties
- Ability to multi-task
- Organized
- Able to work independently

- Temp-Hire
- Part Time - M-F 8am-1 : 30 or 2pm (Will move into full time)
