Position : Receptionist
We are seeking a motivated and cheerful individual to join our family practice as a medical receptionist.
Key Responsibilities :
- Answer and route incoming phone calls
- Schedule appointments
- Verify insurance and assist with prior authorizations
- Welcome and check-in patients
Requirements :
- Previous experience with NextGen is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A commitment to providing outstanding customer service
