Requirements :

You Might Be the Perfect Fit if You :

Hold a high school diploma or GED, have completed DCF hours, and are able to pass a background check. Additionally, you should possess one of the following : a degree in ECE or Child Development or an Associate's degree or higher along with six hours in ECE or CD.

Have genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development.

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.

Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children.
