Job Description :

MMR is seeking Field Engineer candidates. The responsibilities would include, but not limited to, the following :

Assist with field estimates, change orders, billing, purchasing, etc.

Assist with building work packages

Conduct quantity surveying and tracking

Assist with timekeeping as needed

Assist with document control

Assist with preparing weekly progress reports

Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor and upper management

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree, associate’s degree, completion of trade school with prior Field Engineer experience, or Journeyman Electrician classification with prior Field Engineer experience.

At least 3-5 years of work experience in electrical construction

Ability to read and understand electrical drawing packages and specifications

Ability to work independently, prioritize, organize, problem solve, and exercise good judgement with minimal supervision

Must have basic knowledge in estimating and controls

Working knowledge of MS Office software

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively under time pressure and / or deadline

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Willingness to work flexible, varying hours, including evenings and weekends as needed

Regular and reliable attendance at work
