We’re looking for a highly motivated Express Service Advisor with strong sales and time management skills to join our service department.

Position Overview : As an Express Service Advisor, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the express service experience, from the moment they arrive until they leave satisfied.
You’ll provide expert advice on maintenance services, suggest additional solutions, and manage time efficiently to ensure prompt service.
This role requires excellent sales abilities, a proactive approach, and a commitment to outstanding customer care.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with express service needs
- Recommend services and provide cost estimates, upselling additional maintenance where applicable
- Coordinate with express technicians to ensure timely, quality service
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates on their vehicle’s status
- Manage multiple appointments and service tasks to maintain efficient workflow
- Handle service documentation and maintain customer records in the CRM system
- Resolve customer questions or concerns, delivering a positive service experience
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in sales or service advising, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proficiency with dealership management or CRM software
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude
