Job Description :

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience leading Oracle ERP / EBS implementations with a strong focus on Financials.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of Oracle ERP / EBS projects ensuring they are completed on time within scope and on budget.

This is an onsite role located in North Carolina .

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead endtoend Oracle ERP / EBS implementation projects with a primary focus on Financials .
• Develop and manage project plans timelines budgets and resources to meet objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope goals and deliverables.
• Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration across various departments.
• Oversee the configuration customization and deployment of Oracle ERP Financial modules (GL AP AR FA etc.).
• Identify and mitigate risks and ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Lead project meetings provide status updates and communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and serve as the main point of contact for all projectrelated inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct postimplementation reviews and ensure continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor s degree in Business Information Technology or a related field (Master s degree preferred).
• 8 years of experience in project management specifically leading Oracle ERP / EBS implementations with a focus on Financials .
• Proven experience with Oracle Financials modules (GL AP AR FA).
• Strong understanding of project management odologies (Agile Waterfall).
• Exceptional leadership communication and interpersonal ss.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
• Strong problemsolving and conflictresolution ss.
• PMP or similar certification is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience in Oracle Cloud Financials .
• Experience working in a regulated industry (e.g. healthcare finance).
• Knowledge of other Oracle ERP modules (Supply Chain HR etc.).

Work Environment :

• This is an onsite role based in North Carolina . Candidates must be willing to relocate or already reside in the area.
• Some travel may be required depending on project needs.
