Looking for a part-time retail sales role with weekly pay that allows you to engage with customers? 360 Talent Avenue is hiring Retail Appointment Setters to represent a major energy company inside a Fortune 100 retailer .
Your main goal will be to schedule consultation appointments for potential customers. The Offer : $20hour + uncapped performance bonuses.
Weekly pay + early wage access. 401(k) with company match, paid sick time, training, and more. What You’ll Do : Warmly greet customers as they enter the store and actively engage them to generate interest in solar energy services .
Provide detailed, face-to-face information about the benefits of solar power and explain the consultation process. Proactively schedule sales appointments using a smartphone or tablet, helping customers quickly scan QR codes to access scheduling tools.
Track and log leads accurately daily, ensuring proper timekeeping and reporting for sales appointments . Collaborate with retail partners to build strong relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and increasing lead generation .
Maintain sales targets by consistently engaging customers, setting appointments, and driving interest in the product / solution.
Report on performance metrics , providing insights on appointment conversion and lead quality to management. What You’ll Bring : 6+ months of retail or customer service experience HS Diploma or Equivalent Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Must have reliable transportation and be proficient in using a smartphone. This role focuses on lead generation , customer engagement , and appointment setting while promoting solar energy solutions in a retail environment .
