Relocation to Chicago is required for this position.

Executive Pastry Chef Responsibilities :
- Train, assess, lead, inspire, mentor, and manage employees and supervisors
- Engage in short and long-term strategic planning
Executive Pastry Chef Qualification :
- 3 to 5 years in Department Head roles in the Luxury sector
- Experience in high-end hotels or resorts
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Exceptional at mentoring, teaching, and leading by example
